Great battle of Los Angeles

Last week i went to the cinema and watched a movie "Battle: Los Angeles 2011" directed by Jonathan Liebesman. Well i rarely compare things but since the movie falls into the war genre so as i remember, there's not much war movies i've watched up until now.
The best war movies of all time so far to me is "Saving Private Ryan". I have a deep feeling towards the sacrifice of the main character in the movie and that's the only war movie i have watched multiple times (i even downloaded the BDRIP quality with 10gb size).

In my opinion, Battle of Los Angeles is far better than War of the Worlds and Skyline. The scene from the early part of the movie makes me feel like playing Killzone 3 in ps3 (well it do reminds me of my ps3 at home.. xD) and of course the ending of the movies. Well there are two things which are very important in war between Humans Vs Aliens which are:
1) How the aliens look like
2) The ending

Well compare to WOW and Skyline, Battle of Los Angeles is way better because of the ending. The aliens in WOW died because of the air while Skyline, the hero become the alien.. er. At least the solution out of desperation to the alien invasion isn't using nuclear like the Alien VS Predator 2. hehe.

Since today is the movie day.. so tonight perhaps another movie to watch?

Green Hornet, Hulk or Anything Green~

Lately i'm kinda super bz with my life.. doing my workout at the gym twice a day and helping Amrileous with some animation and video editing. I'm not gonna talk more detail on those things but instead, talking about something green. Usually the first thing that comes on mind is the grass. When u look outside u will see that on the other side the grass is greener than anything else. To me springy grass green is the most peaceful color among green color because green itself is soothing, and the green color decor feels peaceful so u can consider green color as one of the option for decorating home.

Talking about movie, what comes on my mind is the incredible hulk. I've watched all the hulk movie but i still prefer to watch the cartoon one especially planet Hulk. There's also one latest movie in the cinema which has green on it's title which is the green hornet.

When i ask "What can u think of smth which is green?" they are thousand of possible answers instead of grass. so what might be ur answer then? xD

This is the time

There's still plenty of time left and everyone can still have two days' vacation, family outing, or might as well relaxing at home and play some games or even spend time with your love ones because the CNY holiday is coming to an end. If u read the news, Miri will be hosting the 2011 Chinese New Year (CNY) Malaysian Open House. Unluckily, i'm not in Miri right now and there's no way on earth that i'm going there by car because from Kuching to Miri alone, it takes more than 1000km which is more than 12-13 hours. I've decided to stay in Kuching since this is my last semester and i wish to spend my time with my friends here.


I went to Bau town last two days with the intention to visit the Wind cave nature reserve but sadly, the entrance is closed due to serious flooding. Since it is within easy reach from Kuching and is a popular day trip so I'm going there again by the time it's open for public.

So for today, i'm going to the cinema and watch some movies because the atmosphere there makes me forget all what is around me and concentrate 100% on the movie (actually i like the popcorn they sell there.. hehe). Wednesday the movie day

I wonder why ppl pick Wednesday as the movie day. Why not Tuesday or Thursday? Is it because Wednesday is the midpoint between Sunday and Saturday? I did my movie race last week by bringing myself watching 3 movies straight from 4.45 to 11.30 ( sounds crazy right? that's me. xD ). Compare to other ppl, i prefer watching alone. It's already becoming a habit for me. Btw, This is what I normally do before going to the cinema.

1. Determine what movies are on the screen right now.
Most ppl might look them in the newspaper but for me i prefer going to cinema.com.my -> select cinemas -> choose any cinema in Sarawak. My favourite place would be MBO the spring and Star Cineplex. There will be a list of movies, If they are not in there dont blame me. xD

2. Find out the time of the movie
So once I choose a cinema, there will be showtimes result appear. Usually I watched the trailer of the movies before watching them in cinema. Sometimes they do appear before the movie you watch starts. I hate it when they show the KFC advertisement because it makes me wanna enjoy the movie with KFC chicken or burger. :(

3. Gather a little bit INFO about the movie
This is optional, but dont be suprised to see the movie u watch vary from what u expected. So a little bit of info about the movie is somewhat important. Some of the movies I watched, I already read their books such as Harry Potter and LOTR. So reading the book is also one way of doing it.
